04Deposits & Withdrawals

All transactions on bat393 are conducted in PKR (Pakistani Rupee). bat393 supports deposits and withdrawals via JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer and debit cards. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change.

Deposits are generally credited to your bat393 wallet promptly after confirmation from the payment provider. bat393 does not accept deposits from third parties — all deposits must come from a payment account registered in your own name. Deposits made from accounts not in your name may be reversed and the account suspended pending investigation.

05Betting Rules

All bets placed on bat393 — including cricket, Pakistan Super League (PSL), T20 internationals, football, esports and any other sports or markets — are subject to the specific rules applicable to that sport or market. These rules are accessible within the relevant section of the platform.

A bet is only confirmed once bat393 has accepted it and a confirmation reference has been issued to your account. bat393 reserves the right to refuse, limit or void any bet at its discretion, including where a bet is placed on an event that has already started (unless in-play betting is explicitly offered and accepted), where a technical error has resulted in incorrect odds being displayed, or where there is evidence of irregular betting activity.

06Bonuses & Promotions

You may also request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting bat393 support. Any outstanding real-money balance at the time of voluntary closure will be returned to you after any applicable verification steps are completed, provided no breach of terms is identified.

10Limitation of Liability
